During my month in the Thai jungle, I had to live in a back to basics environment, eat rice 3 times a day and go on 6 hour hikes in a very humid climate. But it was all worth it because I got to work with elephants, reintegrating them into their natural habitat. These gentle giants are the most amazing animals.
